STANDARD ITINERARY

0700 hrs: Meet at hotel in Kota Kinabalu (KK) city area and transfer to Kinabalu National Park (KNP). The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Mount Kinabalu is the main attraction in Kinabalu National Park, also known as Malaysia's First World Heritage Site designated by UNESCO. Along the way, stop by at Nabalu Handicraft Centre at Pekan Nabalu to browse some local handicrafts and souvenirs. Thereafter, proceed to Kinabalu National Park. Once arrived, visit the Exhibition Hall, Botanical Garden, join the guided walk organised by Sabah Parks' ranger, or you may want to explore the Silau-Silau trail. 1230 hrs: Transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. 1300hrs: After lunch, depart for Poring Hot Spring. The journey takes approximately 1hr drive from Kinabalu National Park. Poring Hot Spring got its name from the tall bamboo plant that is abundant in that area. Inside the area, there are open-air Japanese-style bathtubs where visitors can soak themselves and let the invigorating sulfurous water stimulate the body. Visitors can also explore the Treetop Canopy Walkway. The canopy is about 175m long and 41-43m in height, not suitable for those who have a height phobia. 1530 hrs: Transfer back to your hotel in the Kota Kinabalu city area. 1800 hrs: Estimated time of arrival in the Kota Kinabalu city area.

Please take note that all transportation services will be based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC). This is a transfer service in which guests may share the vehicle with other guests. This is also a Door-To-Door (DTD) service with multiple pickups & dropoffs throughout the journey. So, do expect some short delay or waiting time.
About Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Spring:
- Kinabalu Park is at a high altitude, approximately 1500 meters above sea level, so it can get cold.
- The Canopy Walkway is approximately 30 meters above the ground, not suitable for the faint of heart.
- Poring Hot Spring opening hours: 0800 Hrs - 1700 Hrs (Daily), Canopy Walkway last entry is at 1500 Hrs.
- Poring Hot Spring Outdoor Bathtubs usage is chargeable at MYR 10 per tub.
There are ten (10) standard and five (05) deluxe Indoor Bathtubs at Poring Hot Spring. Rates are at MYR 25 per hour per standard indoor bathtub and MYR 35 per hour per deluxe indoor bathtub (the price might be changed and is subject to availability).
- The Slide Pool located in Poring Hot Springs is closed every Monday for maintenance. Guests are able to purchase the entrance fee (at your own expense) to Slide Pool for MYR 3 per person.
- Kindly take note that camera fees apply before entering the Canopy Walk. Cameras will be charged MYR 5 each, and Video Cameras / Camcoders will be charged MYR 30 each.
- If you do not wish to proceed on any of the nature walks, you can choose to wait at the resting area.
- Depending on the season, you may get the rare chance to spot the Rafflesia flowers in bloom, which only lasts for 3 to 5 days. They are located in the private gardens beside Poring Hot Springs. Entrance fees are at MYR 30 per person (at your own expense).

The Poring Hot Spring Canopy Walk is still closed for major maintenance until further notice. During this period, visitors will be guided to the Silau Silau Trail at Kinabalu National Park, which offers a scenic nature experience as an alternative.
